It’s a big hello from me! I’m Jenny. I want to say from the off that it’s a great feeling to be part of the Key 3 Media team. I’ve only been here a few weeks and I feel incredibly humbled by the welcome. I have been made to feel like part of the team, which is amazing as it’s always daunting being the ‘newbie’.
I’m all ready and geared up to hit the ground running, meet our clients and start to work towards seeing great results for all!
What experience do I have?
I have worked in the exciting world of marketing for just over eight years now – from healthcare to the hospitality sector. During this time, I have developed a wide range of online and offline marketing skills, in particular design, newsletters and social media. I have been involved in an array of new branding and rebranding projects, website builds, email campaigns and more.
I love to get stuck in and get such a buzz from seeing clients get results from good “old fashioned” hard work!
I love being creative, so marketing is the perfect platform for me. The variety of areas you can get involved in at Key 3 Media is already addictive! The sense of achievement you feel when you see your designs online or enquiries from a Facebook Ad is great. And perhaps the best thing is that marketing is ever-changing. Keeping myself up-to-date and predicting what will work and what’s a fad is another bonus, for me and our clients.
What am I bringing to the Key 3 table?
In addition to the aforementioned experience in marketing & design… lots of hard work and dedication! I put great care into everything I do as perfection is what clients deserve. There is such a massive difference, especially in social media, between posting a few pictures and proper content research. We wrote a blog (weblink) about that recently.
I love a challenge and do everything I can to get the job done on time and to the quality Key 3 Media demands. I have to admit, I love a good brainstorming session; sharing ideas, thoughts and working as a team. The phrase ‘there’s no “I” in team’ springs to mind! In fact, one of Key 3 Media’s office rules is: We are a team; saying, “That’s not my job,” is the same as saying, “Sack me now.”
Marketing that works
I understand that aesthetics in marketing can’t be at the detriment of practicality. You can always make something ‘look nice’ but it has to work and generate interest and / or money for a company. It’s that simple, in my eyes! There are lots of sparkles and pretty things in marketing (“fluff,”, Andy calls it) – which are, of course, necessary at times… but they have to have substance.
Hopefully this gives you a little insight into who I am and what experience I have. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me at Key 3 Media. Exciting times ahead, I feel!
